Before entering academia, Bill was the owner/operator of a hotel
and restaurant in New Jersey. He has also been
an Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director,
and business owner. Bill currently resides in
Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, with his wife Jeanne
and their two daughters, Amanda and Kathleen. His favorite pastimes
include fishing and boating, or talking about
